I founded Collins Strategies in 2016 because I wanted to share what I learned during my 40-year career in commercial real estate. Over the years, I’ve accumulated a significant amount of knowledge and wisdom.
I’ve worked with some of the most talented people in our industry while working at some of the most successful firms in our market.
Leading Cushman & Wakefield’s New England region for 20 years was a highlight of my real estate career. With a talented and cohesive team, we grew revenue by more than 20 times our 1994 base. This kind of success is impossible without a complete team effort.
During the first half of my career, I enjoyed working on acquisitions, dispositions, and debt and equity financings. However, the time I spent leading, teaching, and coaching at C&W was the most rewarding to me. The men and women that were part of our team are among the most successful and respected professionals in our business.
