You are talented, knowledgeable, intelligent, and experienced. You have goals. You are ambitious and you work hard every day. But, you are struggling to understand why you can’t seem to break through to the next level. You aren’t where you want to be, and you’re frustrated.
What you need is a coach!
I help real estate professionals achieve superior performance with focus and accountability.
Every day I work with some of the most talented and dedicated people in the world, people with way too much to do and not enough time to do it. They all have hopes and dreams and lots of ambition, but it all seems to get lost while they are grinding away at their daily “stuff.” I help them stay focused on their plans and accountable for their goals.
The relationship between a coach and a client is Co-Creative, meaning that we are equal partners and each have an active role. In this relationship, I am a trained coach using a proven approach to support you as an independent thinking partner. Together we create more power for you to effect meaningful change and take dynamic actions toward your goals.
“A good coach improves your game. A great coach improves your life.” – Michael Josephson
As an experienced leader and real estate professional, my coaching niche typically centers on clients involved in careers in real estate services, but I have coached people in related businesses including development, finance and investment, and banking.
Why a Coach?
A coaching relationship creates a support system that provides clients:
- An accountability partner
- A subject matter expert
- An opportunity for safe, confidential and meaningful dialogue
- New perspectives and expanded options
- Inspiration and motivation
- Potential solutions
Think of our sessions as a kind of laboratory where you are free to try out new ideas. You have the freedom to explore new strategies and tactics and, if they don’t work, you simply try another approach.
The possibilities are endless!
When two or more people focus positively on a vision, the result is synergy — a dynamic forward moving energy. This is more possible through coaching than it is in most other professional relationships because as your coach, I’m focused on nothing but your agenda.
According to an article in Forbes in 2015: “When it comes to building a personal brand, a coach can be a powerful resource who can help you get out of your own way, stand out, and take action to achieve the things that are truly important to you.”
The article goes on to point out that a coach can help you:
- get clear about your goals,
- identify blind spots,
- be accountable,
- ask for more intentional thought, and
- guide the building of structure, accountability and support necessary to insure sustained commitment.
